As we get close to August, more games are starting to gear up for their release. With a handful ready to wrap up the end of this month with some new adventures, Navegante Entertainment and Team17 are releasing Greak: Memories of Azur on August 17th. While they are planning to release this hand-drawn adventure on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, their demo is now only on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
In this action and puzzle-filled adventure, players join Greak, Adara, and Raydel as they flee the deadly invasion of their home, each sibling boasting unique abilities that will assist in their journey. Greak offers up agility and the ability to fit where others will not, while Adara wields arcane magic to devastating effects, and Raydel has skill in battle and specialized gear that make him a formidable foe. The player will need to alternate seamlessly between the three siblings to best navigate the beautiful yet hostile world of Azur, taking on the enemy Urlags as they attempt to survive.
This demo will allow players to experience a touch of the controls as they help Greak and Adara through the first chunk of this journey.
