Halo 3 arrived to PC earlier this month as a part of the Master Chief Collection. The game brought with it the brand new challenge system, season pass, as well as many quality of life improvements for the collection as a whole. To celebrate the game’s arrival, 343 has given players the opportunity to earn the brand new Acrophobia Skull and an exclusive Halo 3 nameplate by completing a limited-time set of challenges.
Players can earn the Acrophobia Skull by eliminating 343 flying enemies in the Halo 3 campaign. The exclusive nameplate can be obtained by playing three Halo 3 campaign missions with a co-op partner. Just like with the various seasonal and weekly challenges, players will also earn experience points upon challenge completion; helping them earn more season points that they can spend on the brand new season pass.
These rewards are only available until July 29, so be sure to get them while you can. If you were looking for more incentives to play this weekend, players can earn Triple XP from now until July 27 as a part of the Halo 3 celebration event.
