Rockstar has just announced that Grand Theft Auto 6 has been delayed to May 26, 2026 on their newswire. After many months of waiting for a hint of news, fans finally got an update on what is probably one of the most anticipated games in world of gaming, just not what they wanted.
Given how silent Rockstar was for the release of GTA 6 in 2025, many people speculated that this was a major sign of a delay but there were also skeptics who said that the game will still release this year.
At least now we have a date in the sand and can stop guessing when the title will release.
