One of the best games to launch in 2017 is finally making its way onto the Xbox One X platform. As of today, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice by Ninja Theory is available on XB1X, PS4, and PC. While it originally launched on the PS4 and PC in 2017, which I was lucky enough to review this amazing title, there have been some enhancements made for the Xbox platform release. Just as they did with the games initial launch, buying the game will benefit the Mental Health America (MHA). The promised amounts from Ninja Theory was a $25k donation if they reach 50k sales on the new Xbox platform or even an much as a $50k donation of they reach 100k sales.
The enhancements that Hellblade got for the XB1X release are listed as three different modes. While they are all graphics related modes, the options are:
- Enriched Visuals mode offers extra FX and visual quality throughout the experience.
- High Frame rate mode runs the game at 60fps.
- High Resolution mode runs the game with dynamic resolutions up to 4K.
As my review would reflect, Hellblade is an amazing game! If this Xbox One X release is the first time the game is available on a platform you open, this is a must buy. Besides, for the first week the game will be discounted 10% off normal price and your purchase contributes to a charitable cause! Will you be adding Hellblade to your library this week?
