That's footage of Mario Kart Arcade GP VR, which is coming to Bandai Namco VR Zones in Japan this month. The game will utilize the HTC Vive headset and participants will get to sit in actual mock up karts from the game while they race. You'll find a look at the complete setup in the video below:
