Mundfish is preparing for their launch of Atomic Heart next week with a welcoming live-action trailer featuring none other than Jensen Ackles! With heavy inspiration from the BioShock series, Atomic Heart gives players an alternate take on history where superpowered robots and mad experiments are overtaking a Russian utopian city. It seems like Jensen Ackles fits the part perfectly.
The trailer is short but depicts Ackles as the makeshift wrench blade-wielding protagonist that we’ve seen in many gameplay trailers up until this point. Smashing and slashing away at robotic enemies and fiendishly twisted experiments. The trailer seems to be a tongue-in-cheek ad taking shots at the recent Hogwarts Legacy title that launched to high praise. The girl in the trailer seems to be having a tough time casting a spell and to her dismay, Ackles charges in and saves the day.
