It’s finally here! The latest video game from CyberConnect2 that follows the popular Demon Slayer anime has finally been released on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Teamed up this time with SEGA to get this one published worldwide, players can now play through the story they watched unfold, practice their skills in the battle mode, and become the blade that destroys demons in Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles.
The story mode for this game will go all the way up until the end of Mugen Train, leading players through the entirety of the anime that has been released so far. Perhaps we will see some DLC options in the future with the new season events that are about to be released, but I have to say that it going through the full first season and the movie is already more than I expected!
Probably the quickest, but the best part of the trailer has to be when they showed the roster for the battle mode. They definitely put quite the variety of characters and each will feature their own style and super move sets. If you are a fan of the Demon Slayer anime, then this has to be the next anime game to be added to your game library!
