Prepare your weapons and man the boarding pods, Marauders has entered Steam Early Access! From publisher Team17 and indie developer Small Impact Games comes the next generation of raid-based looter shooters. In a universe where the Great War never ended and humanity took the war to the stars, a new type of pirates arose out of the flames. Marauders are privateers, rogues, looters, whatever you want to call them. They get in, loot, and escape. Just make sure that you manage to get out, or else what you brought in gets left behind. Breach with up to 3 friends to make the looting a bit easier instead of going it alone.
With this release and some new additions like grenades and a new raid location, Marauders is available for purchase and play on Steam. While in Early Access, the devs have promised many additions before the full release such as new guns, enemies, ships, and raid locations. For this Early Access release, all tech test data progress has been reset and everyone will start together from square one. With plenty of progression to be had and loot to be gathered, be sure to give it a try in the coming weeks! Check out my first few raids HERE, when I got my hand on the tech test for Marauders.
