During the Nintendo Direct showcase yesterday, a new trailer and details were revealed for the upcoming Splatoon 3 game for Nintendo Switch. Due to release sometime in 2022, the new Splatlands are looking more colorful and chaotic than ever!
The Splatlands is an entirely new region with all new furry inhabitants, known as Mammalians. The sequel game promises to include new styles for Inklings and Octolings, as well as all-new stages, maneuvers, and weapons for the 4v4 Turf Wars. There will also be a story mode where you can join Agent 3 in the fight against the evil Octarian army.
There will surely be more details revealed as we get closer to the release date, which has yet to be confirmed for a specific date. We’re looking forward to getting our hands on it!
