Actor Nathan Fillion has previously expressed his interest in starring as Nathan Drake in the Uncharted Movie. Most recently, Fillion has been posting clues on his Instagram page that suggests something Uncharted related.
The first post showed the rapper Drake with the caption "Sic Parvis Magna," which means "greatness from small beginning," and has been a mentioned multiple times in the Uncharted franchise. The caption also included a date of July 16, which may mean that an announcement will be revealed on that day.
The second image posted showed an Uncharted-style map together with a magnifying glass and the same date of July 16. You can check out the photos below:

Of course, the first thing that comes to mind when looking at these posts is that Fillion may star on the Uncharted film after all. However, Variety reported before that Fillion is not involved in the movie, which is a shame because personally, I'm confident that the actor can portray Nathan Drake's quirky personality accurately.
So if it's not about him starring in the movie, maybe Naughty Dog will release a DLC or a comic book that will somehow involve Fillion. Or perhaps the producers of the film decided to cast him in the movie after all. I guess, for now, the best we can do is to wait a few more days until an official announcement is made.
