NBA 2K Can't Make A Virtual Steph Curry As Good As The Real One

My NBA 2K player is leaps and bounds greater than I ever could be at basketball. He's also about a foot and a half taller and 60 lbs heavier. Video game sports athletes are usually great caricatures of the stars they are meant to emulate, but not NBA 2k has hit a roadblock with Steph Curry.

Engadget reports that the developers cannot make a Steph Curry as good as the real one! The Golden State Warriors guard, who has had a phenomenal past couple seasons is just too good to have his greatness put into the game. 2k director Mike Wang explains...

"To be completely honest, we are still looking for ways to better translate his game into NBA 2K..."He's a 'rule breaker' when it comes to jump shooting... he becomes a problem in the video game world where we've been trying to train our gamers [to know] that certain types of shots should be rewarded versus others."

It's ridiculously true in Curry's case. Anyone who's seen him play can tell you the guy is inhumane in the shot percentage he has for the shots he takes from the 3 point line!

That's about the biggest accomplishment I think you can have as a sports star! Not even Michael Jordan can say that! Congrats Steph!
