Bandai Namco Europe has dropped a new trailer on us for Paris Games Week, featuring new info about Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. This trailer shows off a few unlock and customization features that are going to be included with Ace Combat 7. The aircraft tech tree is nothing new for players of Ace Combat Infinity, but this will be the first time it is going to be included in a numbered entry.
Other highlights from this trailer include the amount of skins each plane is going to have along with emblem customization and a quick showcase of the upgrade parts system in action. My biggest takeaway from this new trailer is how much replay value Ace Combat 7 is going to have. For series completionists, unlocking each plane, skin, emblem and upgrade looks to be a tantalizing task that will hopefully take a decent amount of time to accomplish.
Ace Combat 7 launches on January 18, 2019 for PS4 and Xbox One and February 1, 2018 on PC.
