After months of nothing, Nintendo is finally adding 4 new retro titles to its S(NES) Nintendo Switch Online libraries. The new additions will include 3 SNES games (Operation Logic Bomb, Panel de Pon, and Wild Guns) and 1 NES game (Rygar). These new titles will land on May 20, 2020, for all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
While I continue to be increasingly disappointed by Nintendo’s lackluster support for adding in new games to its online service, I am quite pleased with these new additions. Panel de Pon has never been released in the West instead making its way over here as Tetris Attack leaving many to never know about Lip and her magical friends. I have also just recently beaten Rygar for the NES and it was an awesome game I was saying more people need to play. Thanks again to CastleMania Games for recommending it to me in the first place! I also remember Wild Guns fondly but it has been over 20 years since I last played it so I look forward to a revisit. I have no clue what Operation Logic Bomb is so that will be fun to try for the first time!
What do you all think of these new additions?
