Easily one of the most exciting trailer reveals from the Xbox + Bethesda Showcase came from the silent Team Cherry. While their social media and YouTube channel remain scarcely active, Hollow Knight fans have been waiting for anything more when it comes to the sequel title they revealed three years ago. Finally, we have a new trailer for Hollow Knight: Silksong and it gives us a glimpse of gameplay and a confirmed platform list.
In this sequel, players will play as Hornet, princess-protector of Hallownest, and adventure through a whole new kingdom ruled by silk and song! Captured and brought to this unfamiliar world, Hornet must battle foes and solve mysteries as she ascends on a deadly pilgrimage to the kingdom’s peak.
Hollow Knight: Silksong still doesn’t have a release window, let alone a release date, but it is confirmed to be coming to PC via Steam and the Xbox platforms, along with day one access on the Xbox Game Pass. It has also been confirmed for Nintendo Switch during the last Indie World Showcase.
