The tongue-in-cheek action-adventure No More Heroes 3 will be coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC this month, following a year of exclusivity on Nintendo Switch.
The series protagonist Travis Touchdown returns to the city of Santa Destroy for the last time, as the series bows out with this final entry in the mainline trilogy. Armed with the evergreen Katana, you’ll assume the role of Travis to save the world from an army of alien invaders, with plenty of pop culture references along the way.
From the fevered imagination of Goichi Suda aka Suda51, No More Heroes 3 bears all the idiosyncratic tendencies of Grasshopper Manufacture's previous titles. The trademark mix of absurd violence and quirky humor is back, presented in a purposely oversaturated fashion. In addition to the frenetic hack-and-slash combat, expect some typically incongruous mini-games as well, such as lawn mowing, unclogging toilets, and fending off giant alligators from a turret.
No More Heroes 3 is developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by XSEED Games and Marvelous USA. It will be coming to PC via Steam on October 11th. The release dates of the PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One versions have not yet been confirmed.
