It’s the 42nd Anniversary for when our waka-waka friend first entered the arcade, which was back on May 22, 1980. To celebrate, Bandai Namco has released a new theme song for our yellow friend we all know and love, Pac-Man! After you’re done listening to the new jam titled “We Are Pac-Man,” they also are releasing some pretty cool stuff soon.
First up, we have the Pac-Man Museum+ game releasing on May 27th for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with day one access coming to the Xbox Game Pass. If this is the first you heard of it, then good news! It is the title that invites players to discover or revisit 14 titles in the legendary Pac-Man series.
Then, on June 2nd, they teamed up with Epic Games to bring Pac-Man-themed items to Fortnite! Now that they have brought the game to the attention of Dad Gamers everywhere by removing the build mode and adding a bunch of Star Wars stuff, the players will have a chance to show off their appreciation for our beloved yellow icon.
