Rather than the Cyclops you've played in half a dozen other fighting games, this is the Phoenix-touched take, with a transformation mechanic that makes you weigh raw power against the cost of wielding it.
Classic and Legacy costumes come along the same day for anyone who wants the familiar look. It's the kind of swing that tells you this roster is going to stay interesting.
