All shop inventories won’t refresh until 24 hours have passed
Mii’s hunger won’t change until 24 hours have passed

Essentially, you won’t get any new shop inventory for time traveling, and you will be unable to reap the rewards from feeding your Miis. Until that 24-hour timer is up, it’ll be much harder to progress in the game.

Also, changing the time again will simply reset the timer, so you might as well avoid time traveling altogether. This will allow you to play the game at a normal pace instead of speed-running it.
