When Quantic Dream announced that they were going to be releasing their PlayStation exclusive games on PC I, like many, was extremely happy to hear it! When it was revealed that the games would be coming exclusively to the Epic Games Store for a timed duration, there were some out there who expressed extreme displeasure. I really don’t care about using Epic Games Store or other launchers to much so I wasn’t too concerned about this announcement. I was even given the opportunity to review both Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls for GT!
For those who have a strong stance against using the Epic Games Store though, rejoice as Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, and Detroit: Become Human are now available on Steam! Even better, each game is having an introductory sale and from now until June 25, each game can be had for 10% off! Coinciding with the Steam launch of Quantic Dream’s titles, the new interactive Twitch extension for the PC version of Detroit: Become Human, Detroit: Community Play, is also available. With this extension, streamers can get their communities in on the decision-making process. You can check out the extension now on Twitch or in the trailer below!
Now that each title is available on Steam more players should take the opportunity to experience these stories. If you aren’t sure if you like Quantic Dream’s signature gameplay style, demos for each title are available for you to find out before dropping any money. For me Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls are easily some of my favorite stories and I can’t wait to finally play through Detroit: Become Human!
Are you going to pick up the Quantic Dream games on PC now that they are available on Steam?
