With a release date finally revealed, indie developers Happy Volcano have prepared to bring their top-down racing game that’s focused on bringing players to a halt to PC and Xbox in the coming weeks. Insultingly titled, You Suck At Parking is centralized around challenging players to navigate their way through puzzling levels and try to park in specifically designated spots.
Even from the game’s demo, it has left players entertained and wanting more. After all, it is the world’s most extreme parking experience and the only racing game where, uniquely, the goal is to come to a stop. Success is all about racing against the clock as players dash, drift, and drag their handbrakes as they slam into parking spots in quick time.
The full game comes with both a single-player mode and an online-based multiplayer mode that supports cross-play. It’s the studio’s intention to refresh the levels on offer for this mode in play every two weeks until an undisclosed time frame - likely will be based on popularity and player activity.
You Suck At Parking officially launches September 14th on PC via Steam and Xbox, along with the Xbox Game Pass. It will come to both PlayStation and Nintendo Switch in 2023. Additionally, they have partnered with Fireshine Games to release a physical edition of the game on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch in 2023
