As one of the named titles from the Life simulation game series from NACON that is set to release in 2022, it’s nice to have an actual set date for when it will be available. Cyanide Studio is clocking in to begin preparations to immerse players in the life of a restaurateur with Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator. They have plenty of work to do still as the game is set to release on October 7 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Being developed by a team of foodies themselves, this game is being created with a focus on making realism a core part of the game. Players must ensure top quality in terms of ingredients, dishes served and efficient management of the table service, while keeping an eye on their budget to improve the reputation of their restaurant.
They even boast of a polished customization system that allows players to choose the appearance of their avatar, kitchen components, restaurant decor, and the menu. Also, for the first time in a video game, the Michelin Guide, an international reference in gastronomic recommendations, was used to advise in-game mechanics and content that offer real gastronomic challenges to players.
