Prepare to rise from the ashes many times in the Swamps of Corsus DLC as the game introduces Survival Mode. Remnant: From the Ashes is already a tough game, but now it’s even more challenging as players will start with only a pistol and scrap. Developer Gunfire Games wants to see how far you can make it in one life.

You’ll have to find better loot and gear as you fight enemies in unique worlds.

The premium DLC will release on the PC via Steam on April 28th. The content will launch on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at a later date.

Besides Survival Mode, the Swamps of Corsus DLC will also include three weapons and mods, four side dungeons, as well as new bosses and enemies. If you’ve been itching to get back into Remnant: From the Ashes—or you’ve been waiting for a good time to jump in—then this content coming in late April beyond should do the trick.

A rogue-like game mode inside of a Souls-like shooter? Count me in.
