I absolutely love fan remakes, especially when they're done right! While gaming companies may have something to say about it, I give credit and will gladly play any fan creation that takes one of my favorite games and extends it's replay ability. Resevilnemesis30 went above and beyond with Resident Evil: Mortal Night.
He took Resident Evil 2 and made an entirely new campaign with 30 new cutscenes, new gameplay mechanics, an increased difficulty, and tons more enemies! It doesn't break the game or feel unnatural either! It literally feels like he made an organic stand alone game that just happens to use the same engine. If you're a fan of RE2 and have an emulator I highly suggest you try this one out!
