May 2020 marks the 10th year that Respawn Entertainment has been working to bring its titles to players around the world. For this 10-Year Anniversary celebration, Respawn has posted a video showcasing their many titles and posted a blog written by the studio’s founder Vince Zampella. In both of these posts, they thank all of the Titans, Pilots, Jedi, Soldiers, and Legends that made the last 10 years possible.
The video above showcases the various titles they have released, which all started with Titanfall back in 2014 and leads up to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in 2019. Of course, this includes the combat-heavy, battle royale game Apex Legends that is continuing to get live updates, but what is likely the most exciting is the glimpse of the next game they are set to launch. While the video itself doesn’t give you the title, you will see some first-person VR war-based action as they share glimpses into Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond (VR), which they plan to launch later this year!
It’s always cool to see a creative studio show their appreciation to the players that play their games. If this is the first you are hearing about Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond (VR), then check out the trailer below. It is currently only set to release on PC VR, but hopefully they will expand the platform list to include PSVR as well before launch.
