With the inclusion of 29 assignable functions and meticulously detailed ergonomics, it's hard to see them attempt to top this model. The Kone XP Air is not only cutting the wire but also bringing a rapid charge dock to keep you in the game longer.
The Kone XP Air has a stunning 3D RGB lighting effect that gives it enhanced character. The dubbed “Owl-Eye” 19K DPI optical sensor will be more than enough to fine-tune those subtle movements and pinpoint player reactions. Not only that but ROCCAT’s Titan Optical Switches are also loaded into this lovely package so no need to sweat over faulty clicks or delayed response.
The “Air” title not only signifies its Stellar Wireless technology but is a metaphor for the sheer weightlessness of this mouse. Coming in at a shocking 99 grams, this gaming mouse weighs nearly the same as a deck of cards. It is also good to know that the 2.4GHz tech will be complemented by Bluetooth tech to allow it to connect to multiple devices.
With an insane total of 16.8 million different color options, the AIMO technology will provide one of the best RGB lighting ecosystems you will find anywhere. The RGB can clearly be viewed through the translucent mover cover as well as the rapid charging dock.
Gamers will be happy to know that the wireless gaming mouse will provide over 100 hours of playtime when fully charged and can provide up to 5 hours of playtime with 10 minutes of charge. If you happen to forget to charge your mouse, the Kone XP Air will include a USB C cable to use on the fly.
ROCCAT’s Kone XP AIr is setting expectations high and its launch couldn’t come soon enough. It's available for pre-order for $169.99 and launches on August 22nd.
