Looks like September will be full of stealth and puzzles. Microsoft has released the list of games that will be available over the next thirty days. The four titles will not all be available at once, so you’ll have to be sure and download them as they arrive.
The biggest name is Hitman, and the entire first season is there for the taking. The 2016 action game is a stealth sim that will develop your patience and cunning as you navigate multiple maps with precision and purpose. Hunt your target, isolate their weakness, and complete your objective. It’s a thrilling experience for many stealth junkies.
The next major title for Xbox One is the indie hit We Were Here. The description on the game’s Steam page classifies We Were Here as a “cooperative standalone puzzle adventure. The novel part of the game, however, is the ability to coordinate your gameplay with another individual, with whom you communicate via walkie talkie. It’s a challenging experience that will test your ability to work together to survive.
The other two games available are Backwards Compatible from the Xbox 360. Earth Defense Force 2025 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. These two throwbacks are action-packed and will be a nice diversion if you need a break from any daunting games. Microsoft has packed over $100 in free games this month, so be sure to grab it all!
