It may be coming as short notice, but Blue Isle Studios has announced a short, weekend-long closed beta session for their upcoming multiplayer PvP title Broomstick League! It will be taking place on both Dec. 7th and Dec. 8th during the hours of 10 am to 7 pm Pacific Time from the Steam platform. In order to take part in it, you will have to sign up here and hope to be selected as one of the players who will get the chance to play the game for the first time outside of TwitchCon, where it was first debuted.
The game looks like an inspired mix between the beloved games Rocket League and Quidditch from the Harry Potter series. It has some distinct differences from both games, but it looks like a ton of fun! Now we just have to try it out as a community and hope it lives up to the expectations a game with this style and typesets by its mere existence.
