The Elder Scrolls Online shrouds Tamriel in mystery as evil emerges in the Dark Heart of Skyrim. The next adventure in the online game will begin in February with the Harrowstorm DLC, but the story unfolds with sinister intent with Greymoor, the new chapter that will arrive on May 18th for PC/Mac and on June 2nd for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Skyrim has never been more dangerous. As harrowstorms bring destruction to Western Skyrim, a powerful Vampire Lord rises from the depths and sends forth his servants to terrorize the Nords. Players must confront the evil and unveil the Vampire Lord’s evil purpose.
This new chapter in The Elder Scrolls Online includes:
A new zone to explore: Western Skyrim
A gothic main story quest line that ties into the Dark Heart of Skyrim adventure
An intriguing new system: Antiquities
A massive new 12-player Trial: Kyne’s Aegis
New world events: Harrowstorms
New delves, public dungeons, and stand-alone quests
Updates and quality-of-life improvements including a rework of the Vampire Skill Line
Players who pre-purchase The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor will get a bunch of rewards that redeem at launch. Those include the Jarl Finery costume and Jarl Crown adornment, for those that want to enhance their wardrobe. A Sacrificial Pocket Mammoth pet is also available. And that’s just a taste. There are also Treasure Maps, a Nightfall Preview Crown Crate, and Experience Scrolls waiting for those who take advantage of the pre-purchase offer. And finally, a mount. If you buy the Greymoor chapter in advance digitally, you receive immediate access to the Holdbreaker Warhorse mount.
Bethesda really wants you to invest in the new narrative.
The world of ESO is only getting bigger, and Greymoor will certainly be one of the most thrilling stories released so far.
