Out of all the LEGO games out there, we are about to get one that is focused and centralized around the actual construction of items. So many titles are themed after LEGO pieces and it is nice to see a game focused on what LEGO is all about; building things!
Developers ClockStone and publisher Thunderful Games teamed up with the LEGO Group in order to create LEGO Bricktales. In this game, players will journey across 5 beautiful LEGO-themed biomes as you search for inspiration to help your grandfather reinvigorate his rundown amusement park. An intuitive new brick-by-brick building mechanic will help you solve the many fun puzzles you encounter on this adventure and bring your solutions to life.
With the power of their imagination, players are tasked with putting together cool aesthetic creations, such as market stands and music boxes, as well as testing their building skills with functional physics-based puzzles like building cranes and gyrocopters. They’ll need them to help out the LEGO Minifigures you will meet in each diorama and unlock new skills through your good deeds.
LEGO Bricktales is set to release on October 12th for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. There is currently a free demo on the Steam page as well.
