Very few games have captured my attention and reached the addiction levels as the original and second entry in the amazing Tony Hawk Pro Skater series. While three started to get a bit stale for me, the first two games, IMHO, are absolute masterpieces that define near gameplay perfection. I remember going to the mall back when the first game launched, imagining where I could ollie, grind and flip over different areas. THPS2 almost ended my newly formed marriage at the time..
For love who preorder the game or get the funky Tony Hawk burrito at Chipotle, you can unlock the much hyped warehouse demo. I preordered on PC and have been playing the demo on the Epic Game Store. So far, it’s been a fantastic experience and the remaster not only feels good, it looks fantastic in 4k at 60 FPS. There are plenty of graphic and framerate options and while there are a few slight differences in gameplay, for the most part, this is the Tony we all know and love. The full game launches for only $39.99 on September 4th.
