In two days, on March 13th, players will be able to unleash their inner samurai as they experience one of the most challenging action games in recent years. Nioh 2 brings back the mysterious world of the Yokai in Sengoku-era Japan.

The revamped combat system, as well as the new Yokai mechanics, will present players with supernatural powers and the opportunity to hone their fighting skills.

Everything that we loved from Nioh is back, and they’ve added so much more! Transforming into a powerful Yokai sounds exciting, and it will be interesting to see how that influences combat in Nioh 2 and how that balances out with the difficulty of the enemies and demons that threaten Japan.

Similar to calling on other Hunters in Bloodborne, the upcoming game will allow players to call upon the specters of other Nioh 2 players for assistance in a fight.
