Valiant Hearts, the classic 2D adventure from Ubisoft received a sequel last year for mobile called Valiant Hearts: Coming Home and focused on four interconnected stories, similar to the original. Now, you can enjoy the original, as well as the second installment on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, today.
If you already have the original though, you can just purchase the sequel as well. The bundle is a nice way of experiencing it on current-generation consoles though, especially if this is your first experience with the series. Additionally, Ubisoft+ members on PC can also enjoy both titles now.
Personally, I thought Valiant Hearts: The Great War was a fantastic time, and explored the brutality of war in an honest way with memorable characters, and some gorgeous art and music. The gameplay is a bit basic, but this is more of a story-driven title. I’m excited to try out Coming Home now that it’s no longer an exclusive.
