There are just too many games out and still yet to come in 2024. No, that’s not a complaint but a blunt reality that many of us gamers and especially us that review games are facing. There are a lot of good remasters and remakes, but some are very lazy. There are a lot of overpriced rehashes and a lot of fresh, new ideas for a bargain price out there too. Then there are games like Wayfinder that may be just a bit lost in the shuffle but definitely deserve your attention and hard-earned dollars.
Immediately upon booting up my first go at the game, the stunning art from Joe Madureira’s Airship Syndicate studio hits you full force. The environments are gorgeous, the character design and animation is like a comic book come to life but most of all this Co-op Loot Hunting ARPG fighting just feels.. fresh. I can’t think of any other word to describe it.
