Shellwood isn’t just a place where you can fight Sister Splinter in Hollow Knight: Silksong — it’s also where you can take on the Rite of the Pollip quest. This Wish has you find six Pollip Hearts across Shellwood to then give to Greyroot for a helpful reward.
Each Pollip Heart is hidden within a purple flower scattered across this expansive region. If you’re getting a bit lost or only have a few flowers left to find, here’s where to find all six Pollip Hearts in Silksong.
All Pollip Heart locations in Silksong
Pollip Heart #1
The location of the first Pollip Heart is just southwest of the main bench in Shellwood. Head to the left from that room, then jump down until you see an area on your right. Parkour up and follow the purple flower trail until you see your first Pollip Heart. Break the flower to obtain it.
Pollip Heart #2
In the room where you unlock the Cling Grip ability, you can find the next Pollip Heart. Jump to the left side of the room, and you’ll see a small alcove with a purple heart inside holding the Pollip Heart you need.
Pollip Heart #3
You’ll find this next Pollip Heart in the room to the right of the room where you unlock Cling Grip. Through the exit on the southeastern corner, you’ll see an array of vines with white flowers. Use your dive attack to bounce up the flowers until you reach the top. There, you’ll find a purple flower to break.
Pollip Heart #4
This next Pollip Heart requires you to have Cling Grip unlocked. From the room you unlock it, head to the exit at the northeastern corner, and use your wall-jumping ability to climb upward. Make your way through this area until you reach the fourth Pollip Heart.
Pollip Heart #5
The fifth Pollip Heart is only a short run away from the main bench of Shellwood, and you’ll need Cling Grip. Head through the bottom-right exit of that room, descend, then wall jump up on the right to find a familiar purple flower.
Pollip Heart #6
The last Pollip Heart you’ll need is hidden in a passage that takes you through Bellhart. From the main bench room, head through the northeastern exit and keep heading right. You’ll eventually make it to the tunnels of Bellhart, so keep heading through until you reach the bottom.
Don’t jump through the exit below. Instead, run left and back through Shellwood. Do some parkouring until you make it to the end of the room and spot the purple flowers. Break the branches blocking your way on the bottom ledge, and you’ll find the hidden Pollip Heart.
Conclusion
After finding all six Pollip Hearts, return them to Greyroot, who resides in the room shown above. She will give you a very helpful item called Pollip Pouch, which applies venom to any of your equipped tools.
