Beauty’s Legacy
The artists at Naughty Dog are considered true masters of their craft and among some of the brightest talent in the gaming world. That fine artistry and talent are on full display with the upcoming PS5 launch of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. We got our grubby little paws on an early code for the game and while the PS4 version was already quite the sight to behold, this version completely ups the ante with graphically choices that can be switched on the fly between a full 4K fidelity mode that favors resolutions over FPS or a full 60 FPS performance mode that still looks absolutely stunning. Either way, this version of the game looks and plays better than ever between the aforementioned graphics modes but also playing on the PS5 DualSense controller makes the whole affair an absolute joy. The shootouts and gunplay are much more meaningful and engaging, more than it’s ever been.
