The Kickstarter campaign for 2GM Pacific from Proyecto Enigma and Draco Ideas will launch on Tuesday, December 3rd.

The original game, 2GM Tactics, released in 2015 as a strategy wargame in which players commanded units and built an army to achieve military objectives. The card game involved deck-building mechanics and you could complete a number of actions: requisition gear for your troops; deploy units—armor, artillery, and transport units; request air support; and more.

If you’re interested in historical scenarios set during World War II, then 2GM Tactics and its expansions will exceed your expectations!

Now, the standalone expansion 2GM Pacific will launch on Kickstarter. Here’s what to expect:

It is set in the Pacific Ocean theater of the war between the Americans and the Japanese.

The game is fully compatible with the rest of the games of the 2GM Tactics series.

The artwork and layout are completely new. All the game components have been redesigned: updated rulebooks, foldable game board, more cards, new tokens, and new dice.

2GM Pacific includes a Campaign Book with 15 Historical Scenarios and improved Solo Mode.

An Advanced Rulebook includes detailed rules and extra game modes, following the advice of the 2GM player community.

As always, expect stretch goals to be unlocked as the campaign meets and exceeds the funding goal.
