Developers are often inspired by their experiences in the past and seeing some of the great work that has come before them. That’s the case for PixelHive when they created their next upcoming game, Kaze and the Wild Masks. This 90’s inspired platformer is set to release on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this coming March 26th. There was a planned physical release for all consoles, but publisher SOEDESCO announced that it has been delayed to May 25th.
Players will take on the role of Kaze and save your friend Hogo from a curse that spread chaos around the islands. Face enraged living vegetables by invoking the powers of the Wild Masks. Pounce ferociously like a tiger, soar through the sky like an eagle, sprint fiercely like a lizard, and rule the sea like a shark. All while enjoying the classic art style.
