One of the toughest quests you have to complete in the Stella Montis map of Arc Raiders is Snap and Salvage. It has four different tasks, two of them being item deliveries, one asking you to take a photo of a Rover, and the other getting you to find the Security Checkpoint room.
Some of these areas you’ll explore are dangerous, like in the Medical Merchandise quest, while you must also hope that you find the two items you need. To make getting through this quest easier, here’s a guide on how to finish the Snap and Salvage quest in Arc Raiders.
How to take a photo of the Rovers in the Sandbox
You’ll find a large Rover in the southern section of the Sandbox. Be careful, because there’s a Shredder Arc that will likely roam the area.
You can easily destroy it with a grenade, so clear the area of any dangers before you step up to the Rover. Interact with it to take a photo of it, and you’ve completed this task of the Snap and Salvage quest.
Where to find the Security Checkpoint room in the Lobby
Next, you’ll find the Security Checkpoint room on the east side of the lobby behind a breachable door. It says “Security” beside the door that is behind a desk. Breach the door, then head through to find a U-shaped table. On this table are the papers you need to search.
Where to find a Magnetron and Flow Controller
Getting a Magnetron and a Flow Controller is entirely random, but you’ll find these two items in areas labeled as Exodus. These items will also likely show up in areas rated with high-quality loot.
I ended up finding these items in the Medical Research area, as it’s a section with rare loot. Other than that, the Business Center and Assembly have the Exodus mark, meaning you’ll likely be able to find these items there. Make sure to bring them back to Speranza, and you’ll be done with this quest!
If you’ve already done this quest, you’ve also likely completed the Cold Storage quest, but you could also try finishing the With A Trace quest.
