Janky Beauty
With AC Valhalla launching this week on basically every platform minus the Nintendo Switch, there are plenty of ways for gamers to experience the amazing vistas that await in the distant land of Norway and other historical Viking related sites. While I still haven’t felt the rush and smooth click of combat due to some janky movement and stringing together of combos, there is no doubt the game is absolutely amazing when it comes to the photo mode and graphical vistas. Compared to AC Origins that I’ve recently been playing as of late, the mapping and exploration features also see odd in Valhalla.
Some of the areas, especially distant landscapes look like paintings at times. Watching the sun set and lighting change around a snowy peak overlooking the ocean is amazingly gorgeous.
