Avowed presented a vibrant and magical story trailer at the Xbox Showcase, and while the release date of 2024 was constantly reflected for it and Indiana Jones, we now have a date to mark on our calendars that may have been unintentionally put by the developers and quickly removed.
Avowed is a brand new IP being worked on by Obsidian and has been in development for quite a while. Many fans have enjoyed the trailers for the game thus far and the approaching release date of 2024 has them excited but also questioning when the game could release. It seems that the wait can be short as the release date may have slipped through the cracks.
On their official blog post, Obsidian highlights the story trailer shown and toward the end of it, they let out the release date for the title to be November 12th, 2024.
While it could be an error, and we will have to wait for the official release date to be shared, but considering how it does have a 2024 release date set in stone, November 12th looks like a realistic release date for the title.
Avowed is set to come to Xbox Series and PC and will be a day-one title on Game Pass.
