Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced that One Piece Odyssey, an upcoming JRPG with an original story from the One Piece universe and gameplay that puts players in control of their favorite Straw Hats, will launch worldwide on January 13, 2023. The game will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders will be available, with the Limited Edition bundle including an exclusive Luffy and Lim figurine now available here.
One Piece Odyssey sees the Straw Hat Crew on a mysterious new island where they embark on quests and fight powerful enemies and massive bosses in exciting turn-based battles. In the game, players will take on the roles of their favorite Straw Hats in an all new chapter for the esteemed crew. With an original story and new characters developed under the guiding hand of One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda, One Piece Odyssey will be arriving as the manga prepares for its 25th anniversary and is sure to retain the charm, humor, and chemistry of the anime with its art style and stunning visuals, with voice acting by the original Japanese voice actors.
