Eyes of Hellfire, a gothic co-op horror card-crawler from the brilliant minds at Gambrinous, is coming to Steam Early Access on August 27th, and it’s only $9.99 at launch—with a 10% discount if you jump in early. Coming hot off the heels of bangers like the retro creepfest Fear the Spotlight (still obsessed), the absolutely entrancing Crisol: Theater of Idols (top-tier weirdcore horror), and the soon-to-be life-consuming Grave Seasons, Blumhouse Games is showing zero signs of slowing down.
Set in a mysterious lodge inspired by Irish folklore, this is a co-op horror experience for up to five players where teamwork isn’t just helpful—it’s necessary. The lodge is alive, cursed, and crawling with violent entities. Every player carries their own unique curse, and you’ll need to solve puzzles, survive supernatural threats, and maybe—just maybe—not betray your friends to escape.
But hey… can you trust them?
While it’s card-based (which can sometimes be a mixed bag), the striking art style and spooky atmosphere have us feeling very optimistic. The vibes are immaculate, the lore is deep, and if Blumhouse Games' track record tells us anything, this one’s going to hit hard.
