Sledgehammer Games has dropped the details for the second private beta for Call of Duty WWII, and we got all the details right here. This second beta will include the Xbox One crowd and will be available to anyone who has a beta code or pre-ordered the game. The beta kicks off tomorrow at 10 am PST and will run until September 4th at 10 am PST.
Anyone who participates in the beta will get the "Combat Pack" for use during the beta and when the game launches. All the stuff that comes in the pack can be seen in the photo below:
As for changes between this beta and last week's beta, Team Deathmatch will now go up to 100 points and Dominion will grant players 100 points for kills. The game is also making a new game mode, War. Here's the official description for the mode:
Fight for control of a war-torn French village west of St. Lo, an important operation in the Allied push onward and out of the beachhead at Normandy. Allied and Axis forces clash for control of a strategic manor to secure a forward operating position. Bridge construction, ammo depot demolition and tank escorts are key strategic tasks in this do or die mission to dominate the enemy. Choose your equipment wisely – every decision can mean the difference between victory and defeat in this narrative-driven, objective-based multiplayer experience – a first for Call of Duty.
We'll be streaming some of the action on our Twitch page this if you haven't pre-ordered the game yet but still want to see what's going down. Be sure to subscribe to us on there if you haven't already!
