It’s only been a couple of months since Massive Monster announced that their partnered publisher Devolver Digital is going to be releasing their game Cult of the Lamb on multiple platforms. Now they have set up a quick trailer to show off the different gameplay mechanics during Nintendo’s latest Indie World Showcase so players can know what to expect in their game. It’s still a bit of a strange game, so even with a glimpse at what’s to come, there are still plenty of questions.
As a possessed lamb saved from annihilation by a foreboding stranger, you need to repay your debt by creating a loyal community of woodland worshippers. Gather resources to build structures, then gather your courage to brave deadly dungeons like the Silk Cradle. Venture through its dark depths, teeming with razor spiders and toxic millipedes, to challenge the dungeon’s overlord, Shamura.
