The latest board game creation from the team over at Knight Models, aka Knight Games, is Batman: Escape From Arkham Asylum. This is a semi-cooperative dungeon crawler for 1 to 5 players. That means you can play with your friends or by yourself to solo defeat Batman and Escape from Arkham Asylum! That’s right, you play as one of the bad guys this time.
With each game expected to take an average of 90 minutes to play, there is a lot to do and only a little time to get it done. First, make sure you set up an Escape Plan as that is the most important part of the game. It tells players the layout of the map, any special conditions or effects to be aware of, and the surprises that are hidden in the game. From there, it will take crafting, fighting, sneaking, and luck to make your way out of the asylum!
Batman: Escape From Arkham Asylum is currently running a crowdfunding page on Gamefound which managed to be fully funded in 25 minutes! However, there is still some time if you want to get a pledge in to earn some of the rewards these early campaigns offer.
