During The Game Awards 2020, we had a lot of different world premieres, but one title that seemed to strike interest in a lot of players comes from developers Hazelight with their upcoming title It Takes Two. Working with Electronic Arts, they are set to get this one released on March 26, 2021 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series. On top of the premiere and release date announcement, Josef Fares stated that they are going to include the same Friend’s Pass they had for A Way Out!
This game will take players on a crazy journey through the platform adventure genre and it was created purely for co-op. Take advantage of the Friend’s Pass to team up with a friend for free and/or through Steam’s Remote Play Together feature and work together across a huge variety of gleefully disruptive gameplay challenges. Players take on the roles of the couple Cody and May, two humans turned into dolls by a magic spell, who find themselves trapped in a fantastical world where the unpredictable hides around every corner and are reluctantly challenged with saving their fractured relationship.
It Takes Two is looking to be filled with a heartwarming story and a family-friendly atmosphere for players to play through together.
