Kalypso Media’s remasters of the early 2000’s classics Commandos 2 and Praetorians HD has gotten a new release window. For PC players the games will both be available in January 2020. A closed beta for the games is planned prior to launch for December 13th. Both titles will also see release on consoles sometime in the spring of 2020 across PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
Commandos 2 was a game I was very excited to see back at E3 2019 as I spent many hours playing it back in its original 2001 iteration! I somehow missed Praetorians during its original 2003 release but I am definitely interested in seeing how the Roman era RTS plays out. Are you excited about these remasters?
