Crisol: Theater of Idols Surpasses 100,000 Wishlists!

Blumhouse Games and Vermila Studios have something big to celebrate—Crisol: Theater of Idols has officially surpassed 100,000 wishlists on Steam. To mark the milestone, fans can now listen to the reveal trailer’s haunting track, “El Enamorado y la Muerte”, on YouTube.

Composed by Xavi Qués with vocals by Celica Soldream, the song perfectly captures the chilling folklore of Tormentosa. The creative team wanted something that felt profoundly Spanish while also sounding entirely unique—and they delivered. Honestly, this is the kind of soundtrack I’d be happy to listen to on its own time, away from the game. It sets a mood that lingers long after the music fades.

I’ve had a chance to get hands-on with Crisol: Theater of Idols, and I walked away more impressed than I expected. The atmosphere is rich, the folklore-inspired horror has bite, and everything clicks together in a way that feels genuinely special. Now that the Steam demo has been updated with both English and Spanish voiceover, I’ll be diving back in—and I can’t wait to see how much deeper the experience has grown.

The game also boasts an all-star voice cast: AmaLee (One Piece Film: Red, Honkai: Star Rail) and Luis Bermudez (Call of Duty: Black Ops 6) lead in English, while Henar Hernández (Big Mouth, Oshi No Ko) and Mario García (Resident Evil 4) bring the characters to life in Spanish.

Crisol: Theater of Idols is set to launch in 2026, but for now, the demo is live on Steam—and if you’re into folklore, horror, and music that stays with you, it’s absolutely worth checking out.
