A project heading on to Gamefound tomorrow, February 21st, is Street Fighter V: Champion Edition - Legends. This board game was created by Kolossal Games, featuring the popular head-to-head combat series from Capcom and promotional crowdfunding work by Mesa Game Labs, and it includes a variety of gameplay options, such as 1-4 players and an expected play time lasting 45 minutes.
In this cooperative brawl-style action-based board game, players will take on the role of their favorite World Warrior in a battle against a dangerous nemesis. From the start of the game, the nemesis is in hiding, controlling their minions from the shadows. Learning how to play is fast too!
On your turn, you will play two style cards from your hand and resolve the actions listed at the bottom of each card. After a card has been played, it is saved in your combo meter, ready to be used to activate your fighter’s powerful special abilities. By completing objectives and defeating enemies, you’ll charge your fighter’s EX gauge. You can spend this gauge to power up your abilities, reroll dice, or even upgrade your special abilities. After you have played two cards, it is the nemesis’ turn to fight back! Once your deck is empty, the nemesis will spawn and the final showdown can begin!
