ININ Games and Taito’s compilations of the Darius franchise are finally available digitally for the Nintendo Switch and PS4. The collection of titles are split across to separate compilations with one part focusing on arcade releases and the other home console versions. Each game in the collection was handled by M2 to ensure high-quality results. In total there are 16 games featured in the 2 compilations and breakdown as follows.

That is seriously a whole lot of Shmup to love and a must for any fan of Darius!
As you can see a number of the titles included in the collections also never released in North America originally making this a great way to play a few entries you might have missed through the years. The prices seem a bit steep to me personally, but I am sure fans will appreciate a high-quality compilation of their favorite shooters and M2’s work has spoken for itself over the years.
